The Love Lounge LLC — Terms of Service

Welcome to The Love Lounge LLC (“The Love Lounge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering, processing a payment, subscribing to, or utilizing our services—including our Private Confidential Tier and our YouTube Broadcast Tier (collectively, the “Services”)—you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “you”) explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Section 01

Identity Vetting & Registration Fees

1.1

Identity Verification & Background Checks

Compulsory Screening: To maintain a premium, safe, and sophisticated community, all clients utilizing our Selective Search Coordinator services must undergo mandatory identity verification and criminal background checks.

Consent to Screen: By registering, you grant The Love Lounge explicit permission to run background checks via our trusted third-party verification partners. You agree to provide valid, government-issued photo identification and any necessary personal data required to complete this process.

Sole Discretion to Refuse Service: The Love Lounge reserves the sole and absolute discretion to deny or terminate service immediately, without liability, if a background check reveals a history of violent crimes, fraud, financial crimes, sexual offenses, domestic abuse, or any behavior that compromises the safety, security, and integrity of our network.

Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided to The Love Lounge and our Selective Search Coordinator team is 100% accurate, current, and complete. Falsifying identity, credentials, or personal history will result in immediate termination of services and a permanent, lifetime ban.

1.2

Failed Vetting and Non-Refundable Processing Fees

Condition of Eligibility: Successfully passing the mandatory identity verification and criminal background check is a strict condition of eligibility for all Love Lounge services.

Immediate Account Termination: In the event that an applicant fails the background check—including but not limited to the discovery of records regarding violent crimes, sexual misconduct, domestic abuse, felony fraud, or identity theft—The Love Lounge reserves the right to immediately terminate the account and cancel any scheduled consultations.

Operational Expense Forfeiture: Because third-party vetting processing fees, administrative costs, and security overhead are incurred immediately upon registration, all registration fees are non-refundable to individuals who do not pass the background check. All such fees are permanently forfeited to cover these actual operational expenses.

Section 02

Cancellations, Emergency Holds, & Financials

2.1

General Non-Refundable Fee Policy

All payments, retainer fees, and package purchases made to The Love Lounge are 100% non-refundable. If you cancel, withdraw from, or fail to appear for a scheduled YouTube filming or a private introduction, no monetary refund or credit will be issued under any circumstances.

2.2

Rescheduling & Availability

In the event of an approved cancellation or schedule conflict, rescheduling is the sole operational remedy available to the client. All rescheduling remains strictly subject to the calendar availability of both the Selective Search Coordinator team and the production crew.

2.3

Unforeseen Situations & Package Holds

If an extreme, unforeseen, and documented medical or family emergency arises, you may request to place your active package or media option on a temporary hold.

120-Day Limit: The hold period cannot exceed 120 calendar days from the date the hold is formally approved in writing. If the service is not reactivated and utilized within this 120-day window, the package and all associated sessions/filming slots will permanently expire. No refunds, credits, or further extensions will be granted.

2.4

The 72-Hour Cancellation Policy

Notice Requirement: Any cancellation, modification, or request to reschedule a private introduction or a scheduled YouTube filming must be submitted in writing to the Selective Search Coordinator team at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled date or shoot time.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel, miss, or withdraw from an introduction or filming session with less than 72 hours' notice, the session is forfeited entirely. Rescheduling will not be permitted for that session, and your package credits for that specific event will be permanently deducted.

Section 03

Introductions, Production, & Community Rules

3.1

Scheduling Panels & Pairings

Panel Selection: Filming dates and introduction pairings for the YouTube Broadcast tier are carefully vetted and selected by our designated four-person production panel. Panel decisions regarding scheduling availability, participant pairings, and shoot dates are final to ensure the quality and integrity of the production.

3.2

Client Financial Responsibility

While The Love Lounge provides curated introductory data and coordinates venue access, all auxiliary and direct expenses remain the sole financial responsibility of the client.

This includes, but is not limited to: all date expenses (food, beverages, venue tabs), personal travel, lodging, external support services, specialized wardrobe styling, professional photography, hair, and makeup. The Love Lounge does not provide, reimburse, or subsidize any personal lifestyle, venue tabs, or preparation expenses. Clients must secure and fund all such elements independently.

3.3

Mandatory Three (3) Day Connection Intermission

Waiting Period: To preserve the sophistication, safety, and integrity of our community, all participants (both on-screen YouTube guests and off-screen Private tier clients) are bound by a mandatory three (3) day waiting period starting the moment the introduction concludes.

Contact Restrictions: Participants agree not to exchange direct contact information, phone numbers, or social media handles during the date or while on production sets.

Facilitated Releases: To ensure a secure and comfortable experience, introductions and contact releases will be managed exclusively by the Selective Search Coordinator team exactly seventy-two (72) hours after the introduction concludes, strictly contingent upon mutual consent. Bypassing this intermission via social media outreach or alternative means constitutes a direct violation of these Terms.

Section 04

Intellectual Property & Liability Disclaimer

4.1

YouTube Broadcast Tier Rights

Participants in the YouTube Broadcast Tier grant The Love Lounge LLC the absolute, irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual right to record, film, photograph, edit, and broadcast their likeness, voice, and appearance.

All resulting footage is the 100% exclusive intellectual property of The Love Lounge LLC. Once an episode is filmed, edited, or published, it cannot be pulled down, deleted, or altered due to changes in personal relationship status, employment shifts, or personal preferences.

4.2

Limitation of Liability

The Love Lounge LLC provides introductory facilitation only. While standard verification screenings are carried out at registration, we do not verify, warrant, or guarantee any client’s ongoing financial status, employment, character, or long-term behavioral suitability.

Under no circumstances shall The Love Lounge LLC, its employees, or production panels be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from interactions, private introductions, broadcast public commentary, or personal relationships formed through our services.

4.3

Electronic Acceptance

By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your payment, you electronically sign, acknowledge, and agree to be bound by Sections 1 through 4 of these Terms of Service. You further acknowledge that full activation of your membership services remains strictly contingent upon the separate execution of a notarized Client Agreement prior to your first scheduled introduction.

Section 05

Confirm Your Premium Membership

By entering your name, checking the box below, and completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to The Love Lounge Terms of Service, Client Onboarding & Media Agreement. Specifically, you certify that:

Safety & Verification

I authorize mandatory identity verification and a criminal background check conducted by the Selective Search Coordinator team to ensure community safety.

Non-Refundable Policy

I accept the strict non-refundable fee policy. I understand that all registration fees and package purchases are final to cover immediate vetting and administrative costs.

72-Hour Cancellation

I agree to the 72-Hour Cancellation Policy. I understand that canceling or rescheduling within 72 hours results in the immediate forfeiture of my session or filming slot.

120-Day Package Hold

I accept the 120-Day Package Hold rule. I understand that approved emergency holds expire permanently after exactly 120 days.

Personal Expenses

I acknowledge that all auxiliary expenses are my sole responsibility. This includes all food, drinks, travel, wardrobe styling, photography, and personal preparation fees.

Tier Selection

I have selected my preferred tier and agree to abide fully by the respective privacy and media release rules of that tier.
